SOLOS Pizza is an innovative pizza concept in the Twin Cities. It's been called "the Chipotle of Pizzas" by some because of the way you go through a line and get to customize your pie just the way you like it. And thanks to a high-tech oven and a carefully crafted crust, it's cooked and ready for you in three minutes! The Quasimodo team was lucky enough to work on SOLOS because of a long-standing relationship with SOLOS' owner and creator, Bruce Thomson. We worked with Bruce for 18 years on one of his earlier business--Proex Photo & Portrait. We were delighted that he felt good enough about our work to ask us back. In addition to redesigning the logo and refreshing the interior of their four locations, we also researched their customers and learned that individuality was what mattered most to them. With the help of some friends, we created an advertising campaign that included, among other things: a new logo, a new tagline, a new look and lots of new advertising messages across all platforms--online, in-store, outdoor and more. Below are a few of the magazine and digital ads, posters and table tents from the restaurants, digital outdoor boards and direct mail couponing efforts. We also created ads for Pandora radio, health clubs, convenience stores...even signage at high school sporting events. And it was all around the mssage of individuality.
